    • I give Univair Aircraft Corporation permission to use my name, story, photographs, and submitted materials on the Univair website and in Univair marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to catalogs, brochures, mailers, social media, email communications, and print and digital advertising.
    • I grant Univair Aircraft Corporation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and edit my submitted story, photographs, and materials for the purposes described above. This permission is granted without a time limit and without additional compensation.
    • I understand that Univair may edit my story or photographs for clarity, grammar, length, formatting, or consistency with Univair's editorial and brand standards. Univair may also choose to use only portions of my submission.
    • I understand that submitting my story does not guarantee that Univair will publish or use my submission. Univair reserves the right to review, edit, decline, or remove any submission at its discretion.

    Compensation

    • I understand that I will not receive compensation from Univair Aircraft Corporation for the use of my story, photographs, name, or submitted materials, including discounts, trades, royalties, commissions, or other forms of payment.

    Submission Guidelines

    • Stories should relate to classic, vintage, or experimental aircraft, including aircraft restoration, maintenance, ownership, or flying experiences.
    • Stories should be appropriate for a general, family-friendly audience.
    • Please submit only photographs and materials that you own or have permission to use.
    • Please do not submit confidential, private, or sensitive information that you do not want made public.
    • If your photographs include other identifiable people, please make sure you have their permission to submit the photographs for possible publication.
    • Please provide accurate information about your aircraft, restoration, maintenance, and flying experiences.
    • Univair may contact you for additional information, photographs, or clarification before publishing your story.
