TYCLA CON 2027 is a dynamic two-day experience designed to equip BOTH Youth & Children’s Leaders and Student Leaders with the tools they need to thrive in ministry. Come experience inspirational worship services, informational general sessions, intentional social hangouts, networking, and breakouts designed with you in mind. Whether you’re a seasoned adult leader or a rising student leader, TYCLA CON offers practical and tactical coaching with proven leadership tools.
To get the most out of the breakout sessions, groups are encouraged to spread their leaders and students across multiple sessions rather than attending the same one together. This allows your team to gather a wider range of notes, insights, and practical tools that can be brought back, discussed, and shared with your entire group during and after TYCLA CON.
TYCLA Con also intentionally focuses on rising young leaders by implementing proven leadership tools. Hand-picked next gen students from your group will experience practical and tactical coaching that they can bring home and put to work in their local church and community. Your best leaders may be your students. Give them what they need to succeed.
