Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility:
Spirit nights are open to nonprofit organizations with valid documentation. All inquiries are subject to approval.
Event Scheduling:
Spirit nights are scheduled exclusively on Weekday evenings
The event time will be scheduled for 3 or 4 hours in the afternoon/evening, depending on the shop’s closing time on date selected. Closing hours vary during throughout the year based on the operating hours of the shopping center.
Donation Percentage:
25% of the sales generated during the event to the participating nonprofit organization.
Participation Requirements:
Participants must present a physical or digital flyer provided by the nonprofit organization.
Alternatively, customers can mention the name of the nonprofit organization at the time of purchase to ensure their contribution is allocated to the event.
Eligible Transactions:
The 25% contribution applies to all eligible in shop sales made during the specified event hours.
Exclusions:
Catering and online orders are not eligible for the spirit night promotion.
Payment and Reporting:
Contributions will be calculated based on sales after discounts and taxes.
A check for the total contribution amount will be issued to the nonprofit organization within a reasonable timeframe following the event.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Our shops reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a spirit night due to unforeseen circumstances or operational constraints.
Promotion and Marketing:
The nonprofit organization is encouraged to promote the spirit night among its supporters and community members. If digital artwork is provided in advance, it will be shared across the shop’s social media platforms.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes or concerns related to the spirit night event will be addressed through amicable communication between the shop and the nonprofit organization.
Agreement Acceptance:
By scheduling a spirit night event, the nonprofit organization acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Beaches & Cream, Inc., and any amendments will be communicated to the participating nonprofit organization in advance.
