Client Service Agreement & Liability Waiver
  • This Agreement is entered into between Grizzly Mobile Detailing ("Company") and the undersigned client ("Client"). By signing below, Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein. This Agreement is legally binding upon execution.

    1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Company provides mobile auto detailing services as agreed at the time of scheduling. Services are performed on a best-effort basis according to standard industry practices. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes where pre-existing damage, staining, or conditions beyond normal wear and tear are present.

    2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific appointment giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage, scratches, or deterioration of surfaces or items
    • Damage to improperly secured, fragile, or valuable items not disclosed prior to service
    • Loss or damage caused by force majeure, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond the Company's control
    • Consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages of any nature
    • Items of extraordinary value left in the vehicle or on the property unless a separate written agreement is in place

Client assumes all risks associated with granting Company personnel access to the vehicle and property, and agrees to hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of the services provided.

    3. ADDITIONAL FEES & SURCHARGES
The following conditions require labor, materials, or equipment beyond standard scope. Client agrees surcharges will be assessed and invoiced accordingly. Where possible the Company will notify Client before performing additional work; certain conditions (e.g., biohazard) may require immediate action.

    • Excess trash removal: $50 - $200+ per occurrence
    • Heavy soiling / deep clean: $75 - $300+ depending on scope
    • Human fluids / biohazard: $150 - $500+ per area
    • Pet damage / waste (urine odor, hair buildup): $50 - $250+ per area

All surcharges are in addition to the base service rate. Final amounts are determined upon assessment. Client authorizes the Company to charge additional fees to the payment method on file or invoice Client directly.

    4. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Client authorizes the Company to keep the card provided at booking on file for the appointment. If the balance is not paid in full within 72 hours of service completion, Client authorizes the Company to charge the card on file for the full outstanding amount, including any applicable surcharges under Section 3.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Client may cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to be present or provide access at the scheduled time ("no-show"), Client authorizes the Company to charge a $50 cancellation fee to the card on file.

    5. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service at any time, without penalty, if: the vehicle or property poses a health, safety, or biohazard risk; Client or any occupant engages in threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory conduct; conditions substantially differ from those described at booking; access is denied or unreasonably difficult; Client has unpaid balances from prior appointments; undisclosed infestation (rodents, insects, bedbugs) is present; or any other condition the Company reasonably deems unsafe. If service is discontinued upon arrival for these reasons, a minimum trip/assessment fee may be charged.

    6. CLIENT REPRESENTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Client has legal authority to grant access to the vehicle and property for detailing services
    • Client will disclose known hazardous materials, fragile items, or special conditions prior to service
    • Client is responsible for removing valuables, irreplaceable items, and pets prior to service
    • Client will ensure safe, unobstructed access to the vehicle and work area
    • Client agrees to pay all invoices, including applicable surcharges, within agreed payment terms

    7. PRIVACY & PROPERTY ACCESS
Company personnel will access only areas necessary to perform the agreed services. Client information will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

    8. FILMING & CONTENT CREATION AUTHORIZATION
Client grants the Company the right to photograph, film, and record the detailing services performed on the Client's vehicle(s) or at the Client's property for marketing, educational, or promotional content, including social media posts, advertisements, tutorials, and online publications. The Company will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing sensitive personal information. Client's name, address, license plate numbers, and other personally identifiable information will not be published without separate written consent. This authorization is royalty-free and perpetual for use in connection with the Company's business. Client may opt out of filming with written notice no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

    9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation; if mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under applicable rules. The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

    10. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
