Please join us for the Trail of Lights Foundation's annual fundraiser - Night Lights Preview Party! A first look at the Trail, entertainment around every corner, and bites from restaurants who support this 62 year annual tradition. Austin area restaurants and food businesses are invited to complete this form to participate.
Night Lights Preview Party will be held on December 4 from 6-10pm.

Set up takes place from 1-4pm.

I agree to provide a minimum of 1,500 bite-sized tasting samples for the Night Lights Preview Party.

I understand I am receiving the following benefits as a Night Lights Preview Party Partner: 20 ZIP passes to enjoy the Trail of Lights between December 10 - 23; Name/logo recognition on the Night Lights Preview Party website and social media; printed signage with restaurant name.
I agree to promote my participation with the 2026 Night Lights Preview Party to my network via social media, email blast, and/or other promotional channels (we can provide literature, photos and graphics if you would like to use).
I understand that the event is providing: a financial stipend to cover some of the hard cost for staff and/or supplies, 10x10 tent with approved flooring, basic lighting, basic power, (1) 6ft service table, (1) 6ft prep table, signage with restaurant name, signage with tasting menu, temporary health food permit, 5 working staff passes to Night Lights Preview Party, and 1 parking pass.
I understand that I need to provide table linens, decor, branding, and any dollies or carts to assist in transporting items to designated serving space (vehicles are prohibited on the grass at Zilker Park).
