Event Waiver

I understand that participation in games, dancing, and other activities involves a risk of accidental injury.

I accept these risks and release Dance Invasion, its staff, instructors, and volunteers from liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the event, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Dance Invasion staff to provide basic first aid and/or contact emergency medical services.

Photo & Video Release
I give permission for Dance Invasion to take photos and/or videos of my child during the Halloween Event and to use them for promotional purposes, including social media, the Dance Invasion website, and advertising.
