2027 Cougar Cruise Registration & Participant Agreement

This agreement applies to the 2027 Cougar Cruise aboard Virgin Voyages to Grand Turk and Bimini Beach Club, Bahamas, sailing October 30, 2027. By participating, I agree to all terms of this Participant Travel Agreement. I understand that Virgin Voyages and any third-party suppliers, vendors, excursion providers, transportation providers, and other service providers are independent entities and are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages beyond their control. I am solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required passports, government-issued identification, visas, transit documents, vaccination records, health documents, and any other entry or travel documents required for the cruise, embarkation, disembarkation, ports of call, or return travel. I understand I must arrive on time for embarkation and for all scheduled departures, and I am responsible for any costs, losses, or missed departure consequences if I fail to do so. Itinerary changes may occur due to weather, operational needs, safety, port availability, or other reasons, and such changes do not entitle me to a refund or other compensation unless required by law or the applicable supplier. I understand that my reservation requires a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit due December 1, 2026. The remaining balance will be divided into 6 equal payments, with final payment due June 15, 2027. If any payment is missed, I will have a 7-calendar-day grace period to cure the missed payment. If payment is not received within that grace period, my reservation may be canceled and all amounts previously paid may be forfeited. I understand this trip is based on double occupancy cabin policy. Solo travelers may be matched with a roommate unless they pay the full private cabin fare. No guarantee is made regarding roommate compatibility or satisfaction with a matched roommate. I agree to behave responsibly and comply with all conduct rules, ship rules, and instructions from organizers, the cruise line, and any service providers. I am responsible for my own alcohol consumption and all decisions I make while traveling. I accept responsibility for my own health, medical needs, medications, and any required treatment, and I understand that I am responsible for my personal property and belongings at all times. I understand that force majeure events, including weather, acts of government, travel disruptions, labor issues, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control, may affect the trip. I certify that all participant information I provide is accurate and complete. I consent to receive electronic communications related to this trip, including itinerary updates, payment notices, and agreement-related notices. I understand that travel insurance is required and is my responsibility to obtain and maintain. I understand that my electronic signature on this form has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature and that I am legally bound by these terms. By proceeding, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this complete agreement in full.
