REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Online payment is preferred and is available on the bottom of this form. You can pay in one of two ways:

• Credit or Debit Card: Enter your card information directly on the form, then click Submit Registration.
• PayPal/Venmo: A new window will open where you can log in to your PayPal or Venmo account and complete your payment. Your registration will be submitted automatically once your payment is complete, so you do not need to click Submit Registration.

Either way, a confirmation email with a receipt for your records will be sent to the email address you provided. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

If paying by Check or Purchase Order, an invoice from PayPal will be emailed to the person registered with payment instructions.  Please allow 24-48 hours for the invoice to arrive. Keep an eye on your SPAM folder.

Registration is complete once payment or proof of payment (e.g., emailed copy of the Purchase Order) is received.  If paying by Check, please be sure it is mailed in plenty of time before the Institute starts or contact Dr. Cheryl Ayers at cheryl42@vt.edu to make other arrangements.  Mailing address is included on the invoice.  

WELCOME EMAIL
The syllabus and pre-launch Institute tasks will be sent in the welcome email approximately 1 week before the official start of the Institute.
