    • The Signature Package - $350 

    • Signature Package includes:

      • - Up to 3 hours of live, on-site engraving
      • - Professional setup and breakdown
      • - Gold-plated stainless steel jewelry and other stainless steel keepsake options
      • - Engraving Booth, displays and signage included
      • - Minimum 60 minutes of setup access prior to event
      • - Travel included within 20 miles

      Please note: Jewelry and keepsakes are purchased separately by guests and is not included in the $350 package fee. Every additional engraving hour is $100. Every additional mile is $1. Non-refundable retainer fee of $175.

    • The Hosted Package - $900 

    • The Hosted Package includes:

      • - Everything in the Signature Experience, including up to 3 hours of engraving
        - 20 custom engraved jewelry or curated keepsakes ($800 value)
        - Custom gift packaging and a personalized event display/signage
        - Priority booking

      Please note: Additional custom engraved pieces: $35 each. Venue access is required 60 minutes before service for setup. Every additional engraving hour is $100. Every additional mile is $1. Non-refundable retainer fee of $450.

    • The Luxe Jewelry Bar - $1,200 

    • The Luxe Jewelry Bar includes:

      • - Up to 4 hours of live engraving
        - Premium jewelry bar styling with multiple chain and charm options
        - Unlimited engraving of selected piece during contracted hours, up to an agreed guest limit (additional pieces sold separately)
        - Luxury gift boxes and custom event branding
        - Travel included within 40 miles; assistant if needed
        - Priority booking

      Please note: Guest limit and included jewelry quantity must be specified in your event quote. Venue access is required 60 minutes before service for setup. Every additional engraving hour is $150. Every additional mile is $1. Non-refundable retainer fee of $600. Minimum 1 month advanced booking.

    • The Wedding Favor Bar - $1,800 

    • The Wedding Favor Bar includes:

      • -Elegant Engraving Booth or Jewelry Bar with a wedding-themed display
        - Guests select and personalize their curated keepsake live during cocktail     hour and following 2 hours (keepsake included in price)
        - Multiple Gold-plated stainless steel jewelry and other stainless steel keepsake options
        - Luxury gift packaging included
      • - Unlimited engraving during contracted hours, up to an agreed guest limit
        - Luxury gift boxes and custom event branding
        - Travel included within 40 miles; assistant if needed
        - Priority booking

      Please note: Service duration, guest count, included keepsake quantity, and travel are specified in your personalized quote. Venue access is required 60 minutes before service for setup. Every additional engraving hour is $200. Every additional mile is $1. Non-refundable retainer fee of $900. Minimum 1 month advanced booking.

  • ENGRAVING DETAILS

  • Client understands that engraving requests are subject to size, material, available space, and equipment limitations.

    MTL reserves the right to decline engraving requests that are inappropriate, excessively long, unsafe, or incompatible with the item or equipment.

  • ADDITIONAL FEES

  • SETUP & VENUE REQUIREMENTS

  • Client agrees to Provide MTL with access to the event location at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time for setup.

     

    Client is responsible for providing:

    • - A safe and clean workspace
    • - Appropriate table/work surface when Engraving Booth is not required
    • - Access to electricity when required
    • - Reasonable protection from weather for outdoor events
    • - Any required venue permissions or approvals

     

    MTL reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if the workspace or event enviornment presents a safety risk or may damage MTL's equipment.

  • PERSONALIZATION APPROVAL

  • Client/and or guests are responsible for providing accurate spelling, names, initials, dates, and other personalization details.

     

    Once an engraving has been completed, personalized items are considered FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged due to an incorrect personalization submitted by the Client or guest.

     

    MTL is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the Client or guest.

  • PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT

  • MTL may photograph or record the engraving setup, finished products, and general event activity for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

  • Client agrees to MTL using event photographs/video for promotional purposes:*

  • CANCELLATION

  • If the Client cancels the event, the retainer fee will be retained by Marie the Label.

     

    Any additional payments or refunds will be handled according to the circumstances of the cancellation and applicable terms agreed upon between MTL and the Client.

  • RESCHEDULING

  • Requests to reschedule must be submitted to mariethelabelct@gmail.com as soon as possible.

     

    Rescheduling is subject to MTL's availability.

     

    A new date is not guarenteed until confirmed by MTL in the reschedule request email.

     

    Additional fees may apply if the new event date creates additional travel, staffing, preparation, or other costs.

  • RETAINER & PAYMENT

  • A retainer is required to reserve the Client's event date.

     

    The retainer is non-refundable and is applied toward the Client's balance.

     

    The event date is not considered officially reserved until:

    1. This Agreement has been signed; and

    2. The required retainer has been recieved.

     

    The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

     

    Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of services.
