Studio Policies & Cake Care Agreement
• Payment & Booking Confirmation: Because our luxury bento cakes are made entirely fresh to order, dates are not held without payment [1]. Your Interac e-Transfer must be received within 2 hours of submitting this form, or your booking reservation will automatically expire.

• Cancellations & Refunds: All orders are final sale. Once payment is received, ingredients are allocated to your order. We do not offer refunds, but we can issue a studio credit if you notify us at least 72 hours prior to your pickup date.

• Safe Cake Transport: Cakes must be placed completely flat on the floor or in the trunk of your vehicle with the air conditioning running on high—never on a car seat or a passenger's lap.

• Storage & Handling: Keep your bento cake refrigerated until 1 hour before serving. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the cake once it has safely left our studio premises.
