Registration payment is due at the time of application.

In the event that an Act of God or a Covid-19–related circumstance forces the cancellation of an event, it will be rescheduled to a later date. You will receive a credit for your booth space. No refunds will be issued.

If your booth is positioned against a wall, please be prepared to stand beside your display

I understand that I am not eligible for a refund 90 days from event. Refund requests with more than 90 days are subject to our $120 cancellation fee.

Approved requests to transfer your registration to another event date will have an administrative cost of $60

I understand that I am not permitted to sell anything not listed on this application form.

I understand that I must remove and dispose all of my garbage from the site at the end of the day or will be billed accordingly.

I understand that power is limited and available and must be registered at the same time as your application. Cost of access to power is $60.
