Sponsor Agreement:
I agree to donate to Carson Valley Balloon Festival in the sponsorship amount checked above. I agree that I am authorized to make this decision on behalf of the company, if one is listed. Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that the Hot Air for Hope: Carson Valley Balloon Festival is a weather-dependent outdoor event, and all balloon flights are subject to Federal Aviation Administration regulations, pilot discretion, and prevailing weather conditions. The Festival organizers have no control over, and make no guarantee of, balloon flights, entertainment schedules, or vendor participation. Pilots retain the exclusive right to determine whether to launch, delay, or cancel any flight for safety or operational reasons. Likewise, entertainment programming and vendor participation are at-will and may be modified, delayed, or canceled at the sole discretion of the Festival.
In the event of inclement weather, delays, or cancellations of balloon flights, entertainment, or vendor participation, the Sponsor understands and agrees that the Festival is under no obligation to reschedule, replace, or provide any substitute benefits. All sponsorship contributions are final, non-refundable, and deemed a charitable contribution in support of the Festival’s non-profit mission, regardless of weather, cancellations, or modifications to Festival programming.
