  • Precision Commercial operates on a 60/40 revenue split: 60% of the contract amount goes to the subcontractor and 40% is retained by Precision Commercial. Do you agree to the 60/40 split?*
  • Non-solicitation & confidentiality: I agree not to solicit, accept work from, or provide services directly to any Precision Commercial client I am introduced to, during our working relationship and for 12 months after it ends. I also agree to keep client information, site details, pricing, and contracts confidential. Do you agree?*
