In preparation for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Chair and Committee Members are encouraged to speak to potential new Committee Members well in advance of the AGM. Any potential members can be nominated on this form. On submission, the form will be sent to the Regional Chair and Regional Secretary.

On submission of this form, the person nominated will be sent the Regional Committee Membership form automatically for them to complete to the email provided below.

Nominations should be submitted in advance of the AGM (at least 3 days).
