2. Please provide any other information that may be helpful for us to send to our merchant.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the reported Merchant to respond to your inquiry.

In the event of a disagreement regarding an appeal, the merchant agrees to cooperate in resolving the matter through an independent neutral third party, with any associated costs to be covered by the merchant.
