Education Verification Request

Coahoma Agricultural High School & Coahoma Early College High School Education Verification Request

Submit your request details and upload the signed consent form for CAHS/CECHS verification.
Education verifications cost $5 per request. Payment can be arranged by calling or visiting the CCC Business Office at 662-621-4107. All checks must be payable to Coahoma Community College. Please allow 72 hours for verifications to be completed.

Important: A signed consent form from the individual whose education is being verified must be uploaded before the request can be completed. Birthdays, Social Security numbers, and birth certificate information will not be verified.

If a transcript is requested to be sent to a company or institution, require the contact information for the individual whose transcript is being requested. The individual will be contacted to verify identity and provide consent. No transcript will be released unless identity verification is completed successfully and consent is provided.

No refunds will be issued if the individual's record cannot be located, required documentation is not provided, identity verification is unsuccessful or incomplete, or consent is not provided or is withdrawn.
