I declare that I have read, understood and accepted the International Sporting Code, the Cross Country Rally Sporting Regulations and the Supplementary Regulations of this event. I declare that I have read, understood and signed ANNEX XI of the FIA CCRSR, "Driver's Declaration and Undertaking". I declare that under no circumstances will I ask the Event Organisers or the FIA or ACI Sport to compensate me for any physical, material or moral damage that may result from my participation in this event. I am fully aware that I may face dangerous situations at this event and I declare that I accept the consequences. I declare that I will use, throughout the event, all necessary safety equipment according to FIA or ACI Sport regulations (helmet, FHR system, harnesses and fireproof clothing, etc.). I declare that my competition vehicle fully complies with the safety standards imposed by the organisers through the event regulations and by the FIA or ACI Sport. I also declare that I am responsible for the electronic devices and any other equipment that the organisers will make available to my vehicle and that I will compensate them in the event of loss or damage through my fault. I declare that the driver and co-driver have a personal accident insurance policy that can cover repatriation expenses. I authorise the Organisation to process, store and use my personal data in accordance with the European Union GDPR regulations and only for the purposes of the event.
