The Simon Fraser Student Society (SFSS) invites all SFU undergraduate students to join our Annual General Meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM!
This year's AGM will be held fully online via Zoom.
Important Update: The AGM date has been moved from October 28 to November 13 to allow additional time to finalize the financial statements to be presented at the meeting. This new date is in accordance with SFSS Bylaw 4.3, as amended at the last AGM, which permits the 2026 AGM to be held no later than November 14, 2026. The previously approved agenda will remain unchanged.
The AGM is an opportunity to learn about the SFSS activities and initiatives over the past year, review our financial reports, ask questions, and take part in discussions about the future of your student society.
Students will also have the opportunity to review and discuss the proposed agenda and bylaw amendments brought forward through a special resolution.
