Official Prize Drawing Rules & Disclaimer
No purchase or donation necessary to enter or win. Participation is free and open to the public. Employees and members of the Board of Directors of Dedham Community House (DCH), along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.
Limit one entry per person. Winners of the general prize drawing will be selected at random on Monday, October 19, 2026, and contacted using the information provided during registration. Winners do not need to be present to win.
The $1,000 DCH Gift Card Grand Prize Drawing is a separate drawing requiring completion and submission of the Fall Family Festival Activity Passport. The grand prize drawing is scheduled to take place during the festival on Sunday, October 18, 2026. Participants must be present to claim the grand prize.
Prizes are nontransferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to applicable program availability, registration requirements, and restrictions. Winners of the Monday drawing must respond within seven (7) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
By entering, participants agree to these rules. DCH reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify duplicate or fraudulent entries, and make reasonable changes to drawing procedures when necessary.
