    There are volunteer opportunities on show day as well as the evening before. Shift times vary. Please read the volunteer role descriptions carefully to make sure you can commit to the shift lengths and times. Select the shifts you are interested in volunteering for and we'll be in touch!   • Volunteer Role Descriptions:

    FRIDAY NIGHT SETUP CREW | Friday, November 6th - 8pm-9:30pm

    Tasks: Clear fellowship hall of tables, set-up vendor tables and checkout tables, place interior signage, setup any decorations

     

    SATURDAY GREETERS | Saturday, November 7th - One hour shifts between 12:45pm - 3:45pm

    Tasks: Greet shoppers as they arrive at the show!

     

    SATURDAY SHOW CREW | Saturday, November 7th - 11:30am-4:30pm

    Tasks: Assist vendors with loading in to the show. Once the show starts you will fulfill various roles such as greeting, vendor and customer assistance, and theft prevention.

     

    SATURDAY CHECKOUT CREW | Saturday, November 7th - Noon-4:15pm

    Tasks: Interacting with customers, ringing up transactions on the point-of-sale device, recording sales and bagging purchases (2 volunteers wil run the point-of-sale devices, 2 will assist, and 2 will bag)

     

    SATURDAY RESET CREW | Saturday, November 7th - 4:15-5:30pm

    Tasks: Take down folding tables, signage, decor, and reset fellowship hall with round tables and chairs. These volunteers can be the same people as the Checkout Crew or the Show Crew if you are willing and able to stay until 5:30pm.
