BalletRox ~ Bring A Friend To Class Week!

BalletRox is excited to invite our students to Bring a Friend to our Studio Program Classes! This special event gives you the opportunity to introduce your friends to the magic of dance while sharing the fun and energy of your regular classes. 

Waiver of Liability:

I, the parent or guardian of the student participating in "bring a friend week", give my permission to take dance classes at the BalletRox. I waive the right to any legal action against BalletRox for any injury sustained on studio property or at any BalletRox event. I understand that I am enrolling my dancer in a program of physical activity and have agreed that my student is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit participation in this dance program.

Photo and Video Release:

I, the parent or guardian of the student participating in "bring a friend week", give my permission for photos and video to be used in brochures, website, advertisements, and other promotional material created by the organization. Photos may appear with or without names in press releases and other print advertising. 

There will be physical copies of the Waiver of Liability and Photo and Video Release.
