By initialing below I understand that I am responsible for my pet's behavior during the shoot. Please have all dogs on leashes and all other animals in carriers. I understand the photographer will do their best to capture quality photos for me. I understand I am only guaranteed a minimum of 3 photos from this fundraiser that will be delivered via the email I provided above. I understand that I must provide my own props for my photos and that there is not a Santa Claus at this fundraiser. I agree to arrive 5 minutes before my scheduled time. I understand all photos will be delivered no later than November 23rd. COVID PREPARATION: Please do not attend this event if you are experiencing any symptoms. Hand sanitizers will be available, and I understand that staff and volunteers will do their best to keep this event safe for all. SFAHS assumes no responsibility should I be exposed before, during, or after this event.
