I, the client(s), will be entering into an agreement with Captured by Kelsey Photography. This contract will render between both parties and applies to all future transactions.
Conditions:
I, the client, agree to pay Captured by Kelsey Photography a booking retainer fee of $100 to secure my appointment date and time. This fee must be paid at the time booking. I understand that my slot is not guaranteed until the fee has been paid. Payment and booking confirmation will be made by e-mail once payment has been received. Remaining $200 balance is due at the time of the session via e-tranfer to capturedbykelsey@gmail.com. No images will be edited or released until payment is received in full.
If I, the client, need to cancel a session, the retainer fee will be refunded if cancellation notice is received greater than 14 days of scheduled appointment date. If cancellation is less than 14 days of scheduled appointment, I understand that the retainer becomes the photographers (unless there is a valid reason accepted by the photographer for cancellation such as illness, premature birth, complication of pregnancy or delivery etc).
If I, the client, need to reschedule, I will do so with 48 hours notice. The photographer reserves the right to reschedule an appointment at any time due to illness or any circumstance outside of their control (i.e weather).
Session Guidelines and Digital Images
I, the client, agree that the selection and quantity of images to be edited is the discretion of the photographer, and is the photographer’s artistic style that will choose how to edit these images. Slight alterations to things such as color, skin corrections, background etc. will be made if possible and where needed, however no major change to ones appearance, wardrobe, or prop will be completed. The photographer will make a small selection of images for conversion to black and white (excluding cake smash and mini sessions). Any requests for addition digital files or editing to any images will come at the client’s expense. Captured by Kelsey Photography retains the copyright to all images and a print release will be included with the images to allow permission for the client to use images for personal use only.
Model Release/Copyrights/Marketing
I, the client, give the photographer unrestricted right and permission to copyright, use and publish photographic portraits taken by Captured by Kelsey Photography, of myself, my family, or said minors for display, publication, studio and gallery design, advertising, professional print competition, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes determined by the photographer (i.e. blog, website, portfolio, studio, etc.). I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product.
I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years old, and have read and fully understand the terms of this release. I, the Client, warrants that I am the legal guardian of any minors (under 18) photographed and have the right and ability to consent to the terms herein, and further, that I am authorized and able to sign this model release on behalf of all persons listed above as Model(s).
Captured by Kelsey Photography retains all copyrights to images created during your session.
