WDNA Spring Forfeit Policy:

Any team intending to forfeit a Spring match need to submit this forfeit form no later than the following deadlines, prior to the fixtured game:

· Tuesday teams: Monday by 9am

· Wednesday teams: Tuesday by 9am

Note: Forfeits received after this cutoff may incur Penalty #13.

Umpire responsibilities:

If a team provides their own umpires, it is their responsibility to notify them.

If WDNA Academy umpires have been allocated and a forfeit occurs without sufficient notice, the forfeiting team is responsible for paying for both umpires in accordance with WDNA procedure.

Multiple Forfeits:

In the event of a team forfeiting two (2) consecutive matches, the team shall show just cause to the Board for such forfeitures. Penalties will be applied at the Board’s discretion.
