​Butcher/Harvest Fee:

Pork = $130 whole / $65 half

 

Additional Information:

You can expect approximately 60% - 65% of the hanging weight of your share to be cut and ready to fill your freezer.

Please make a selection below to secure your beef share for January. Slaughter date is 1/23/27.  

We'll be in touch as the butcher date approaches. Final payment, minus your deposit will be invoiced via QuickBooks and email. Payment can be made online or by mailing a check.
