The undersigned, being a member of Central Mass Pastel Society, Inc. (the “Corporation”) entitled to vote, hereby appoints: Colleen Kean Jensen, with full power of substitution, as the undersigned’s proxy to attend the Annual Meeting identified above and any adjournment or postponement of it, and to represent, act, and vote all membership votes the undersigned is entitled to cast, with the same force and effect as the undersigned could do if personally present.

The proxy holder is directed to vote as marked below. The proxy holder may vote in the proxy holder’s discretion on any other business properly brought before the meeting.
As described in the notice of the meeting: Consolidation with the Pastel Painters of Cape Cod, Inc. to form the Massachusetts Pastel Society, Inc.
Your proxy must be received by the date of the Annual Meeting. Please send your proxy to Colleen Kean Jensen at president@cmpastels.org or 110 James Circle, Mashpee, MAssachusetts 02649. This proxy is revocable. The undersigned may revoke it at any time before it is exercised by (a) delivering a written notice of revocation to the proxy holder, (b) delivery a later-dated proxy, or (c) attending the meeting and voting in person.
