Hi! Please fill out all information for your custom banner order to go smoothly. Filling out the order form doesn't instantly get you booked. It depends on my availability and current orders. I will let you know within 24 hours if I'm able to do so.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES:

There will be a $15 rush fee if you need your order within 7 days.

I will provide 3 mock ups for you to choose from. Once approved, payment is then required in full before painting happens.

Once your banner is finished, I will message you regarding your method of hand off.
- If shipping, I will provide you with a tracking number.
- For local pickups, I will let you know when it's done and we will set up a date and time for pickup.

BANNERS:
- Basic banners include simple images, basic fonts, and simple border.
- Deluxe banners include special fonts, complex borders, and multiple images.
Your banners will come with this banner paper, grommets (if requested), ribbons (for arch only), care card, and in a clear protective covering.
