The Connections Associate Director provides hands-on leadership for the systems, people, and environments that help move people from first-time guests to connected, healthy, and active disciples. This role serves as the primary Connections leader at the Elgin Campus on Sunday mornings and owns key church-wide processes related to assimilation, membership, volunteering, baptisms, and CRM/data management. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and systems skills with visible leadership, initiative, relational warmth, and the ability to lead people and make real-time decisions.

This is a full-time position (salary + benefits). The workdays are Sunday-Thursday.
