  • Financial Profile

    Recreational and competitive soccer applicants follow the same eligibility, external funding, financial documentation, confidential assessment, approval, and notification process. Subsidies are needs-based, subject to available funds and approval, and are not guaranteed.

    Recreational applicants may request up to $300 per player per year. Competitive applicants may request up to $500 per player per year.

    Competitive applicants may also request an installment payment plan for any remaining balance after subsidy and outside funding. Payment plans are subject to separate approval and do not waive remaining fees.

  • Proof of Income: Provide one for every family member 18 and over*

  • All information is collected for the sole purpose of EMSC’s assessment of fee reductions and related payment arrangements. All information is kept private and confidential. The supporting documentation should be photocopies only as they will be destroyed once the assessment process is complete.
