I grant permission to ColorPop Portraits to photograph my child and to use those images for marketing and promotional purposes, including on its website, social media accounts, printed materials, advertisements, and other business communications.

I understand that:

1. No compensation will be provided for the use of these images.

2. ColorPop Portraits will not publish my child's name or personal information in connection with these images.

3. Images may be edited, cropped, retouched or otherwise modified for marketing purposes.

4. Once images have been published or distributed, previously published uses may not be able to be withdrawn.

5. This release is voluntary. Permission may be revoked in writing at any time for future uses. Revocation will not apply to materials already published or distributed before ColorPop Portraits receives written notice.

6. This permission applies to all photographs and video recordings of my child created by ColorPop Portraits, whether captured before, on, or after the date of this release, unless and until this permission is revoked in writing.
