  • Due to the challenges of provisioning in a small island setting, menus must be confirmed ahead of time so that your chef can prepare accordingly.

    Please feel free to browse our sample menus. These can all be adjusted to suit your preferences and any dietary requirements within the group. If you would like to make any changes, please let us know in the notes section below. 

  • FOR YOUR INFO

  • Arrival

    The chef will aim to arrive during the day of your arrival, to put away the food and start preparing for your first meal. If there are any details to be aware of for their arrival, please let us know in the 'Notes' section above.

    Notes

    The accommodation should have the necessary kitchen equipment (stove, oven, pots & pans, utensils, chopping boards, etc.). The chef will bring any specialty equipment he may need with him. 

    If you need additional tableware for any of the meals, please feel free to reach out to Bella Blooms (https://www.bellabloomsvi.com) for the rental and delivery of these items. 

  • PAYMENT

  • Payment can be made at the end of the booking.

    Service charge is not included in the prices; any gratuity is completely at the discretion of the guests. 

    We accept payment via the following methods:

    • Cash
    • USD cheque
    • Credit card (online payment link)

    *A 3% processing fee is charged for credit card payments.

    Please let us know your preferred payment method, and we can share any other relevant details. 

  • CANCELLATION

  • There is no fee for cancelling more than 48 hours before the booking. 

    Please note that our chefs often provision for the ingredients the day prior. For this reason, if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours, the chef rate for the first day of the booking and any food expenses already incurred will be charged.
