  • Prices are per person for two nights and include your lodging, five meals, the welcome toast and happy hour, open play all weekend, the strategy clinic, the beginners' bootcamp, a seat in the Canopy Cup, a swag bag with the retreat tee, and three months of The Mahj Report app.

    Founding Table pricing: $100 off every seat when you register by November 6, 2026. The prices on this form are the Founding Table prices.

    One form per guest. Every player registers on her own form (or a friend fills out a complete form on her behalf). We will ask for your tablemates' names so we can seat your table together and house you near each other.

    You pay in full at the end of this form, where you also choose your sleeping arrangement and any add-ons. Sales and tourism taxes are added at checkout.

    We will do our best to fulfill everyone's request, and you will be contacted as soon as possible if your request cannot be fulfilled.  (The earlier you register, the greater liklihood of receiving your request.)

  • You share a treehouse with friends, and the king or queen bed is all yours. See The Kite as an example. As long as you put your friends in the "Roommate Request" space, you will be placed in the treehouse with your group.

  • A king bedroom with its own private bathroom inside The Black Bear cabin, the clubhouse itself. You will be right in the middle of the weekend: steps from every table, every meal and the big hot tub, with the evening winding down just outside your door. The Black Bear has five king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, so it is a good fit for a larger group that wants to stay under one roof. See The Black Bear. 

  • You and a friend, sister, or partner share a king or queen in a shared treehouse or cabin. See The Beaver as an example. This is just an example of this kind of stay, not a guarantee of that unit. We can only promise a specific treehouse or cabin if you are bringing a non-playing companion.

    Coming on your own? Choose Private Treehouse for a place all to yourself. Otherwise, we will pair you with other guests, and you may leave with a few new friends.

    Coming as a pair? We will do our best to give the two of you a treehouse of your own. To guarantee it, add the private treehouse guarantee below for $150 per person.

    Coming as a group of three or more? Your group stays together in a treehouse of your own, with no other guests.

    We assign the treehouses. Be sure everyone in your group lists each other's names in the roommate request so we can keep you together.
