Harvest of Hope Thanksgiving Turkey & Food Box Sign-Up
PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY: Thank you for your interest in receiving one (1) turkey and one (1) box of non-perishable food items this Thanksgiving season. Please complete the form below to sign up.We wish we could do more, but supplies are limited. We will honor only one sign-up per household. Please do not submit multiple sign-ups, because every duplicate takes a meal away from another family in need. All registrants will need to provide an ID to pick up the turkey and box.
