The Diversity in Dog Sports Initiative was created by the BJAC Co-Directors to foster inclusivity and representation within the world of dog agility. Committed to dismantling barriers and creating equitable opportunities for all types of people, this initiative focuses on empowering individuals from BIPOC, LGBTQ, and neurodivergent communities. Through the allocation of a dedicated portion (20%) of this grant, we actively support aspiring individuals who may face systemic challenges and underrepresentation within the agility community.
