TJKS New Artist Radio — Artist Submission Portal

Example: You wrote and recorded a song called “My New Song,” and you own the master recording and control the rights needed to authorize its broadcast. You submit that specific song and sign our Rev. 2.4 agreement. If TJKS approves it after rights verification, your consent gives TJKS nonexclusive permission to broadcast that recording. You still own your music, and you can request withdrawal. You do not have to buy a promotion package, and airplay is not guaranteed. IMPORTANT: Master-recording permission and songwriter/publisher composition rights are different. Your signature does not automatically clear third-party composition rights, waive statutory royalties, or prove that all station-level licenses and reporting obligations have been satisfied. TJKS does not manage artists’ SoundExchange accounts or report royalties on their behalf. TJKS Radio and TJKS New Artist Radio welcome independent artists. Before uploading your music, please read the complete Rev. 2.4 Broadcast Consent and Submission Agreement and the FAQs on this form. Participation is voluntary. Music is considered for FREE editorial airplay only; submission does not guarantee broadcast, and no paid promotional package is required. Artists retain ownership of their music. By signing, an authorized rights holder grants a nonexclusive, revocable direct permission for TJKS to broadcast the specific submitted recording after approval, subject to rights verification. Sound recording rights and songwriter/publisher composition rights are separate. This consent does not waive statutory royalties or automatically satisfy any other licensing/reporting obligations. TJKS does not administer artists’ SoundExchange accounts or report on artists’ behalf; station-level licensing questions are handled by management. If you have questions or are not comfortable with the standard terms, please review them and seek clarification BEFORE submitting or signing. Broadcast Consent and Submission Agreement (Rev. 2.4)

By submitting, I confirm that I own the music I upload or have the right to license it, and I give TJKS Radio and TJKS New Artist Radio a nonexclusive, revocable permission to broadcast the specific track(s) I submit after Andre’s approval, including on internet streams, apps, and station distribution.

I understand and agree that I must truthfully disclose all songwriter/publisher credits, producers, labels, distributors, co-owners, covers, samples, interpolations, and any other third-party material, and I will provide any required third-party permissions with my submission when needed.

I understand this is free airplay consideration only. There is no guaranteed airplay, no payment for airplay, and any optional paid showcase or promotion package is separate and not required for consideration.

I understand that the presence of my music on SoundCloud or through a distributor does not by itself create broadcast permission.

I understand that TJKS does not administer SoundExchange royalty collection or artist royalty reporting. This agreement does not waive any statutory royalties, publisher/composition rights, or any obligations TJKS itself may have, and I remain responsible for my own agreements and rights representations.

I may request withdrawal of my submitted music, subject to reasonable processing time. TJKS may also reject, hold, archive, or remove songs at its discretion.

This signature is the broadcast consent for this submission and is signed at submission. Rights verification and Andre’s final approval occur before any broadcast.

2. Intended outlets are TJKS Radio and TJKS New Artist Radio official internet radio streams and supported station listening apps. They are internationally accessible, and no geographic exclusivity is promised. This describes reach, not a legal guarantee of availability in every country.

3. TJKS does not administer artists' SoundExchange royalty accounts, collect their royalties, or report on artists' behalf. This does not answer or waive TJKS's own applicable sound recording or composition licensing and reporting obligations. Station-level arrangements are handled by management and should not be represented as verified here.

4. Artists retain ownership; authorization is nonexclusive and revocable, with no fixed expiration stated. Withdrawal requests may be emailed to submissions@tjksradio.com, and removal is subject to reasonable processing time; no specific deadline is promised.

5. Submit the exact artist credit, track title, audio version, audio file, artwork if available, credits, and all rights-holder information. Third-party rights must be cleared, and Andre has final approval; no track is aired based solely on submission.

6. One Rev. 2.4 consent/signature covers only the tracks actually included in that submission. Submit additional tracks through the portal with their own required information and consent.

Q: Does it cost money to submit music, and is airplay guaranteed?
A: Submission is free, optional paid promotion is never required, and airplay is not guaranteed.

Q: Where could my music play?
A: If approved, on TJKS Radio and TJKS New Artist Radio official internet streams and supported listening apps, accessible internationally; no geographic exclusivity or universal country availability is guaranteed.

Q: Do I keep ownership, and can I withdraw my song?
A: Yes, you retain ownership; consent is nonexclusive and revocable. Email submissions@tjksradio.com for withdrawal, subject to reasonable processing time.

Q: What must I submit and who decides whether it plays?
A: Accurate artist and track titles, audio, credits, rights-holder details and artwork if available; disclose and clear third-party rights. Andre makes the final decision; submission alone does not authorize airplay.

Q: Does one signed consent cover all my future music?
A: No, it covers only tracks included in that particular submission; new tracks require their own submission and consent.

Q: What does my Rev. 2.4 signature authorize?
A: If you control the necessary rights, it grants TJKS direct, nonexclusive, revocable permission to broadcast the particular approved master recording; you keep ownership.

Q: Is the signed form a royalty-free license, or does TJKS pay and report royalties through SoundExchange?
A: It documents direct permission for the submitted recording under its terms, but it is NOT a blanket waiver of statutory royalties and does NOT establish that station-level royalty, payment or reporting duties are eliminated. TJKS does not administer artists’ SoundExchange accounts, collect their royalties or report on artists’ behalf. TJKS management must verify any applicable station-level SoundExchange arrangements, payment and reporting duties; the form does not claim that a particular arrangement exists.

Q: Does my recording consent also cover songwriting and publishing public-performance rights?
A: Not automatically. Musical composition rights are separate from master-recording rights. Relevant composition licenses, third-party permissions and any station-level obligations must be handled separately.

Q: What if my song has co-writers, a publisher, samples, or is a cover?
A: Disclose all co-owners, songwriters, publishers, labels, samples and covers; obtain permissions you are responsible for. Do not claim rights you do not control.

Q: Can you give me a simple example?
A: If you own the master of 'My New Song' and can authorize its broadcast, signing Rev. 2.4 lets TJKS consider broadcasting that recording after approval. You keep ownership. That permission does not automatically clear a co-writer’s publishing rights, waive statutory royalties or prove that TJKS has fulfilled all station-level obligations.
