  • Minor Volunteer Requirements (Ages 16–17)

    We're excited to have you serve with us! Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered to serve on the same deployment.

    Your parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the parental consent portion of your volunteer waiver during on-site check-in. Both signatures must be completed before you can begin serving.

    You do not need to select travel-only days. Lodging will be available for volunteers arriving or departing outside their scheduled service days.

  • LODGING*

  • GPC Lodging Information

    Lodging is typically provided in local churches. Volunteers must bring their own sleeping arrangements, such as a cot or air mattress, along with all necessary bedding, including pillows, blankets, sheets, or a sleeping bag.

    GPC does not provide beds or bedding.

  • RV/Camper Parking Information

    GPC may provide space for RVs and campers; however, water, sewer, and electrical hookups are not guaranteed.

    Volunteers should arrive prepared to be fully self-sufficient, including:

    Full freshwater tanks
    Empty gray and black water tanks
    A generator with adequate fuel, if needed
    A plan to maintain their RV/camper's water, power, and waste needs throughout their stay
    Please plan accordingly, as GPC may not have the resources available to support these needs.

    Available Airport Pickup/Drop-Off Times: 7:00AM - 9:00PM

    Need an airport pickup or drop-off? Please email your flight itinerary to immediateresponse@godspitcrew.org so our team can help coordinate your transportation!

    Please keep in mind that transportation is only available during our designated pickup and drop-off windows. If you would like GPC-provided transportation, please plan your flights accordingly and communicate your travel details promptly.

    We require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your arrival or departure to arrange airport transportation.Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests made with less than 24 hours' notice. All transportation arrangements must be confirmed by our team.

  • 🚛 Traveling with God's Pit Crew?
    We're excited to have you join us! Our convoy will depart from and return to God's Pit Crew headquarters in Danville, Virginia.

    Please note our scheduled convoy dates:

    Monday, October 12: Departing Danville, VA, for Milton, FL.

    Wednesday, October 21: Returning from Milton, FL, to Danville, VA.

    Our convoy will operate ONLY on these two dates. If you plan to arrive or depart on a different day or need transportation outside the scheduled convoy, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of your own transportation. Transportation outside of the scheduled convoy is not provided or covered by God's Pit Crew.

    Seats are limited, but we'll do our best to accommodate transportation requests for the scheduled convoy!

    Please review your registration confirmation email for convoy meeting locations, departure times, and other important travel information.
