Service: Psychic Reading
1. Description of Services
A Psychic Reading is an individualised spiritual service offered by Luis Melendez Jr. to explore the client's life, circumstances, relationships, possibilities, and personal or spiritual development.
During a session, Luis shares psychic impressions and intuitive insights that may relate to the client's present circumstances, relationships, recurring experiences, decisions, or possible directions in life.
The approach may also incorporate a deeper, soul-centred perspective, exploring themes connected with the client's inner awareness, values, sense of purpose, and spiritual development.
These elements form part of a single service rather than separate appointments. The emphasis of each session depends on the impressions that arise and the matters most relevant to the client.
Readings are inspiration-led. Luis does not claim to determine a client's destiny, establish the future with certainty, or dictate what decisions the client should make.
The client is encouraged to consider the impressions and information shared with an open mind and personal discernment. The client remains responsible for determining what meaning, if any, the information has for them.
Psychic Reading is distinct from Evidential Mediumship, which focuses on the possibility of communication with loved ones who have died.
2. Education and Experience
Luis is an ordained Spiritualist Minister and medium whose journey began in 2001 while living in the United Kingdom. Over more than two decades, his path has been one of mediumship development, learning, and service. He has served in Spiritualist churches, participated in evenings of clairvoyance, supported local Spiritualist communities, and trained groups in mediumship development and meditation.
His development has included formal training with the Greater World Christian Spiritualist Association, the Aurthur Findlay College, alongside continued learning, practice, and service within the wider Spiritualist tradition.
His experience has been complemented by academic study, specialist training, and qualifications in spiritual healing, acupuncture, hypnosis, transpersonal psychology, and consciousness studies, bringing together practical experience and a broader understanding of spiritual and personal development.
3. Scope of Practice and Professional Boundaries
Psychic Reading is offered by Luis Melendez Jr. as a spiritual service intended to support reflection, insight, personal development, and spiritual exploration.
Luis does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice through this service. He does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent physical or mental health conditions and does not prescribe or recommend medication or medical treatment.
Information or impressions shared during a reading should not be used as a substitute for appropriate professional advice or care. Where a matter falls outside the scope of the service, Luis may encourage the client to consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Luis does not guarantee specific outcomes, future events, relationship developments, financial results, health outcomes, or any other particular result from a reading.
The client remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretation of information received during the session.
4. Nature and Limitations of Psychic Readings
Psychic readings involve subjective and intuitive spiritual practices. The impressions shared during a session are not presented as scientifically established methods of determining objective facts or predicting the future.
Impressions may be specific, symbolic, incomplete, or open to interpretation. Some may feel immediately relevant, while others may require further reflection or may not resonate with the client's experience.
Luis does not claim that every impression will be accurate or that a reading will provide definitive answers to the client's questions.
Clients are encouraged to exercise their own judgement, consider the information in context, and accept only what they genuinely find meaningful.
If a reading includes impressions concerning another person, those impressions should not be treated as independently verified facts or used as the sole basis for decisions that could materially affect that person.
Psychic Readings are offered for spiritual, educational, reflective, personal-development, and entertainment purposes. This recognises the subjective nature of the service and the fact that no particular interpretation or outcome can be guaranteed, without diminishing the sincerity with which the work is approached.
5. Payment
Payment is required according to the service and fee displayed or otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a session is considered confirmed once payment has been received.
The applicable session fee will be displayed when the client selects their preferred session.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Luis understands that circumstances can change and plans sometimes need to be adjusted. The following policy applies to all appointments.
Cancellation: A client may cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice and receive a full refund.
Rescheduling: A client may reschedule an appointment once, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment is not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. A new appointment will require a new booking and payment.
Provider Cancellation: If Luis needs to cancel or reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice and offer an alternative appointment.
7. Client Acknowledgement and Consent
By accepting this agreement, I acknowledge that:
- I have read and understood the nature and purpose of Psychic Reading as offered by Luis Melendez Jr.
- I understand that psychic impressions are subjective and intuitive and may be incomplete, symbolic, open to interpretation, or not recognisable to me.
I understand that no particular outcome, interpretation, prediction, or degree of accuracy is guaranteed.
- I understand that the service may incorporate psychic impressions and soul-centred perspectives relating to my circumstances, relationships, personal development, and spiritual life.
- I understand that Psychic Reading is distinct from Evidential Mediumship and is not specifically intended to facilitate communication with deceased loved ones.
- I understand that the service is offered for spiritual, educational, reflective, personal-development, and entertainment purposes and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional services.
- I understand that I remain responsible for my own judgement, decisions, and interpretation of information received during the session.
- I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the service and understand its scope and limitations.
- I agree to the payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms outlined in this agreement.
- By checking the acknowledgement boxes and electronically signing this agreement, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms before receiving Psychic Reading services.
