Client Responsibilities. I clear the space before install. I do not move furniture or personal items. If not cleared, full payment is still due plus a new appointment and payment are needed. Balance is paid in full on install day. After-hours installs add $75.

Installation methods and surfaces. Every install is secured appropriately for your home and your pieces, which may include small nails, screws, hooks, zip ties, or floral wire. Before install day we walk through exactly how each piece will be attached, and your sign-off on the plan includes those methods. Everything is installed with care, but minor surface wear - a small hole, a scuff, adhesive residue - can happen with any install. Pre-existing damage and delicate surfaces are the client's responsibility.
