  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION & RELEASE NOTICE
    PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST.

    God's Pit Crew, Inc. is a Virginia nonprofit corporation providing donated disaster relief services and materials through its staff and volunteers.

    1. Release and Waiver: Before work begins, the property owner or authorized representative must sign God's Pit Crew's separate Release for Donation of Services & Materials. That agreement contains provisions releasing and holding harmless God's Pit Crew, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, successors, and assigns from claims and liabilities associated with work performed on the property, including property damage.

    2. Acceptance of Materials and Services: God's Pit Crew reserves the right to select materials used during repairs or reconstruction, including donated materials. Work may require removing, altering, or deconstructing portions of the property.

    3. Insurance: Recipients are not required to carry insurance on God's Pit Crew or its volunteers and agents. Additional liability provisions are included in the separate release.

    4. Photographic Release: The separate release includes permission for God's Pit Crew to use photographs, videos, and audio recordings made during activities at the property, without compensation to the recipient.

    5. Exclusion of Warranties: All donated services and materials are provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of fitness for general or specific purposes.

    6. Additional Terms: The separate release contains provisions binding the parties and their personal representatives, successors, and assigns.

    7. No Guarantee of Assistance: Submitting this form does not guarantee an assessment, approval, scheduling, or completion of services. All assistance is subject to assessment, safety considerations, available equipment, volunteers, and operational resources.

    8. Required Signature: A separate signed Release for Donation of Services & Materials must be completed before any work begins. Submission of this online request does not replace that agreement or authorize work to begin.
