Texas A&M Health Center of Excellence in Forensic Nursing
  • Welcome

  • Howdy! Thank you for bringing a group to the Texas A&M Health Center of Excellence in Forensic Nursing.

    How group registration works

    1. Tell us about your group on this form: the course, the session and each learner's name and email.

    2. We review your request and email each learner a personal registration link. We'll copy you when the links go out. If your organization is paying, the links go out once payment is received.

    3. Each learner completes their own registration, since we need their license, contact and course details. We'll let you know when everyone has registered.

Registering just yourself? Use our course registration form instead.

  • About you

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Which best describes your role?*
  • Course and session

  • Are these learners registering on behalf of Indian Health Service (IHS)?*
  • IHS early registration

This session is open to Indian Health Service learners only for now. Registration opens to everyone on these dates:

    • December 1: online courses (SAFE, IPVE, Texas SANE) and the Sexual Assault Examination Skills Lab
    • December 10: Photography and Strangulation bootcamps
    • January 6: Well-Child Assessment Simulation and Advanced Forensic Nursing Skills Lab

You won't be able to submit a registration for this session until then. Please check back on that date, or join our email list to hear when it opens.

  • IHS early registration

This session is open to Indian Health Service learners first. You can request your group now. If your group isn't registering on behalf of IHS, we'll email your learners their registration links on the day this session opens to everyone.

  • Are you the Area Nurse Consultant or Supervisor Nurse who approves these learners' travel?*
  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Who's attending

  • We'll email each learner their own registration link. Please use each person's personal email, one they check often, not a work, hospital or IHS address: they'll use that same email for Modern Campus and Canvas, and work filters often block our course emails. If you're attending too, include yourself.

  • Payment

  • How will registration fees be paid?*
  • How organization payment works

Payment for our courses is handled by Texas A&M Continuing and Professional Education (CPED). Once we approve your group, CPED prepares a payment request for your organization and we send it to your billing contact.

Each learner still completes their own registration. Once payment is received, we email each learner their personal registration link with a code that covers their enrollment.

  • Who should receive the payment request?*
  • Final details

  • Can't submit yet

The session you picked on page 2 is open to Indian Health Service learners only for now, so this group request can't be submitted yet. It opens to everyone on December 1 for online courses (SAFE, IPVE, Texas SANE) and the Sexual Assault Examination Skills Lab, December 10 for Photography and Strangulation, and January 6 for Well-Child and the Advanced Skills Lab.

Please come back then, or join our email list to hear when it opens.
