Registration Deadline
Registration will close on November 6, 2026, or earlier if the program reaches a total of 3 hours.
Eligibility
- Open to current SARGAM members only.
- Coordinators must verify membership status.

Program Selection
- In case of duplicate or conflicting entries, preference will be given to original and group performances, especially those not previously presented at SARGAM.
- Final selections will be made by the SARGAM Committee.
Participation Limit
- Each participant may register for only one program.
- Movement from one performance category to another one is not permitted ( for eg: Small group to Individual or large group to individual)
Song Submission
- Songs will be accepted on a first-submitted, first-selected basis.
- Please include the first line and a brief description (e.g., movie or album name) in the registration form.
Performance Duration
- Solo performances (age 10 and under): Max 3 minutes
- All other performances: Max 5 minutes
- Requests for extended time must be approved by the cultural coordinators in advance.
Program Description
- A program description is mandatory. Entries marked “TBD” will be placed on the waitlist.
- Unjustified withdrawals after acceptance may impact future participation opportunities.
Audio Submission
- Deadline: Friday , November 20, 2026
- Format: MP3 only; submit to program@sargam.us
- Audio files must be final and high quality; no edits will be made by SARGAM.
Props and Setup
- Coordinators are responsible for setup and cleanup of props.
- Ensure all setups are safe and cause minimal disruption.
- Specify setup/dismantle time in the registration form.
Confirmation
- A confirmation email with a registration number will be sent upon successful registration. Please use this number in all future correspondence. However, please note that the confirmation email does not confirm your program participation. You will receive a separate email within 5–10 business days from the Cultural Coordinators if your program is officially confirmed. Providing full program details — including participants’ names, their 2026 SARGAM membership ID, and complete song information at the time of registration — will help the Cultural Coordinators review and finalize your program more quickly.
Ticket Requirement
- All participants (and parents, if applicable) are required to purchase event tickets. Ticket price covers dinner, facility rentals, equipment and related staff to support the cultural programs.
