This year our school is once again partnering with Catholic Mission by participating in Socktober on Friday, 23 October. We invite our students to connect with young people experiencing challenges in the developing world through education and the world game of soccer.
This year, our collective fundraising efforts will support vulnerable families in Malawi. You can find out more via the Socktober website: Socktober
MMCC contributes to Socktober by:
- Wearing colourful or crazy socks on Socktober Day (we invite you to please make a donation on this form to Catholic Mission if your child/ren choose to wear bright or colourful socks on Socktober Day);
- Participating in some soccer skills activities and games;
- Holding a sausage sizzle, run by the AMMA Group during First Break on the day.
- AMMA will again use the profits from the sausage sizzle to support the vulnerable in our community.
Please note:
- This form replaces the need for students to bring a gold coin donation on Socktober Day.
- Both sausage sizzle orders and donations will close at 9am, Wednesday, 21 October 2026.
