Booking, Cancellation, & Refund Policy
Session Timing: The listed time slot is your complete scheduled window and includes equipment mounting, adjustment, and breakdown. For a single point aparatus (eg. silks, straps, hammock, or hoop) we are using a pully system that typically takes less than 5 minutes for mounting and breakdown. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to warm up and stage your gear. Late arrivals will forfeit that portion of their time; sessions cannot be extended past the designated end time.
Weather & Safety Cancellations: JrHepner Photography reserves the right to suspend or cancel any session due to hazardous conditions (e.g., lightning, heavy rain, or high trade winds making the aerial rig unsafe). In the event of a safety cancellation initiated by the photographer, a full refund will be issued.
Overcast & Environmental Conditions: Standard Hawaii weather variations, such as cloud cover obstructing direct sunrise or sunset lighting, are beyond the photographer’s control and do not qualify for a full session refund. If severe cloud cover substantially impacts a scheduled sunrise or sunset slot, any adjustment or partial refund of the premium fee remains at the sole discretion of the photographer.
Client Cancellations: Cancellations submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time shall be eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, are strictly non-refundable.
