Expressions of Interest for Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and USA. This is an EOI Only. By filling out this form, you are not required to pay fees or lock in your spot. Communications will go out to do trials and team selections. All ages can apply for all tours. Note USA is for player 15 years and over only (some 14yrs if level is high enough)

When we play and train, there will be a lot of videos and photos. These will be used mainly on social media but may be used for future advertising and use with Fortitude Training Academy. Do you give permission for use of photos and videos at your event and in the future?
International tours are a highly competitive environment and as a result, we will play to win games. This may mean uneven court time. Do you understand that by playing with FTA, you do not have guaranteed minutes and that fees paid does mean automatic playing (note: everyone will get on the court every game on tour, it is just about how much court time will be distributed)?
International Tours are a highly competitive environment and as a result, we will play to win games. Training is required, in some circumstance (eg Rep clash) you will be exempt. Do you understand that missing training may affect your court time and attending training does not guarantee court time
International Tours are a highly competitive environment and as a result, we will play to win games. If you choose to withdraw from the tour after you accept a spot, do you also understand no refund will be given and any fees to leave will be at your own expense (eg. Flights, accomodation etc has to be paid and you will not gain refunds once we locked in the tour)?
Any and all FTA Tour teams abide by the terms and conditions as well as the codes of conduct of FTA as stated on the website (both general and tour codes). Failure to adhere can result in player removal with no refund or expense to FTA.
