    Does your child want to march with Slidells Finest without committing to the full season ? Well, now is their chance! We’re opening the door for children to experience the excitement of Mardi Gras, dance with our team and create unforgettable memories. • IMPORTANT INFORMATION •Ages: 5-18. •Registration fee: $40. •Registration Dates: October 12th- November 2nd or until spots filled. •Participate: Season will start in November 10th 2026 - February 7th 2027.     $40 Parade Registration fee will cover the students first month tuition (November) . The season starts Tuesday, November 10th and will end February 7th 2027. Monthly tuition is due the 1st of each month. Tuition is $40 monthly starting December 1st. 


    Parade Participation Fee


    There is a one time $20 parade fee due in January, the parade fee covers Trailer, gas, dj, snacks, water and more for parades.

     
    Payment Deadlines

    $300 Parade uniform fee.

    Payment will be split into two payments

    December 1st: $150

    January 1st: $150

    Parade uniform fee will include the following

    • 1 Custom uniform

    •1 Custom Tracksuit

    •1 Stocking (Dance Tights)

    SHOES ARE NOT INCLUDED

    *Payments will need to be paid on time to ensure your child uniform arrive in time. Late payments past 1 week of initial payment will cause dismissal from the program. 

     

  • Non REFUNDABLE PAYMENT POLICY

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING! All payments made to Slidells Finest Dance Studio for Mardi Gras registration and participation are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.No Refunds: All payments are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.Withdrawal or Removal: If a student voluntarily withdraws, quits, or is removed from the team for any reason, all payments made will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.Uniforms and Attire: If a student quits or is removed from the team for any reason, the student will not receive any uniforms or attire that have not already been issued to them. All uniforms and attire not yet issued will remain the property of Slidells Finest Dance Studio. No exceptions.Parent/Guardian Responsibility: By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy before submitting payment.

  • Liability Waiver & Release of Liability 

     

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.

    I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, give permission for my child to participate in Mardi Gras parade activities and related events organized by Slidells Finest Dance Studio.

    I understand that participation in dance activities, rehearsals, parades, and public events involves certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, injuries, physical exertion, weather conditions, crowds, transportation-related risks, and other unforeseen circumstances.

    By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. Acknowledgment of Risk

    I understand that participation in dance and parade activities involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my child to the extent permitted by law.

    2. Health and Safety

    I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that could affect my child’s safe participation. I agree to notify Slidells Finest Dance Studio of any changes to this information.

    3. Emergency Medical Authorization

    In the event of an emergency, I authorize Slidells Finest Dance Studio staff to contact emergency services and request appropriate medical assistance for my child if I cannot be reached promptly. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

    4. Release of Liability

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, I release Slidells Finest Dance Studio, its owner, director, coaches, staff, and authorized representatives from claims arising from the ordinary risks of participation, except for claims that cannot legally be waived, including claims involving gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not permit me to release.

    5. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

    I understand that I am responsible for providing accurate contact information, following all drop-off and pickup instructions, and ensuring that my child follows the safety rules and instructions communicated by the studio.

  • Photo and Video Consent and Release 

    Slidells Finest Dance Studio may photograph or record dancers during Mardi Gras parades, practices, performances, and related studio activities.

    These photographs and recordings may be used to promote the studio and showcase its dancers, activities, and events.

    POSSIBLE USES INCLUDE:

    Social media posts and videos
    Studio website
    Promotional flyers and advertisements
    Studio announcements and event recaps
    Marketing materials and other studio publications
    By selecting an option below, I acknowledge that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participating child and understand how photographs and recordings may be used.

    I understand that images and recordings may be edited for legitimate promotional purposes. I will not receive payment or compensation for their use.

    I understand that the studio will take reasonable steps to use photographs and recordings appropriately and will not knowingly publish sensitive personal information alongside them.
