Transform and Belong Pilot Workshop Registration

Wednesday 2 December 2026, 9:30am to 4:30pm, Phoenix Wings Wellness, Albury. Pilot fee: $200 per person including GST. Up to 20 places. Registrations close 7 days before the workshop, on Wednesday 25 November 2026. Each person registers separately, so please complete this form once for every person attending. We will email you an invoice after you register. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice being emailed, and your place is confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations: full refund with 14 days' notice or more (by Wednesday 18 November 2026). With less notice, your fee can be credited to our February 2027 workshop.
