          REIKI HEALING SESSION

          Sometimes you just need to stop, switch off and give yourself space to breathe.


          This session is all about you. Through Reiki, I'll work with your energy, paying attention to where things may feel heavy, blocked or out of balance.


          There's no pressure to talk, explain yourself or arrive with a particular intention. Just come as you are and allow yourself the space to receive.


          At the end, we'll have a chat about anything I intuitively picked up during your session.


          Ideal for: Anyone feeling energetically drained, overwhelmed, disconnected or simply needing some time for themselves.

          DISTANT REIKI

          Energy work doesn't have to happen in the same room.


          Distance Reiki allows you to receive a session from wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that's your couch, your bed or your own quiet space.


          Before we begin, we'll have a quick check-in. I'll then connect with your energy and work intuitively through the session, just as I would in person.


          Afterwards, we'll reconnect and I'll share anything that came through for me, whether that's sensations, emotions or intuitive impressions.


          Ideal for: Anyone who can't make it to an in-person session or simply prefers to experience Reiki from the comfort of their own home.

          If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible.

          Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

          Missed appointments will be charged at the full session fee.
