Terms and Conditions - Wolves Tecnica Training Sessions
By registering your child for Wolves Tecnica training sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Participation and Risk
You give permission for your child to participate in Wolves Tecnica training sessions. You understand that futsal and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including injury or illness.
2. Health and Medical Information
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your child’s medical conditions, allergies, injuries or other relevant health concerns before participation.
3. Injuries and Medical Emergencies
You authorise Wolves Tecnica coaches and staff to seek medical assistance for your child in the event of an emergency. You agree to cover any costs associated with medical treatment, ambulance transport or other emergency services where applicable.
4. Supervision, Parent Responsibilities and Collection
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives at and is collected from training on time. Children must not leave the training area without permission from a coach or their parent/guardian.
For children aged 3–5 years, a parent or responsible adult must remain present at the training venue for the entire session. As children at this age may need assistance with breaks, toileting, emotional support or other needs, the accompanying adult must be available to assist their child when required.
If a child becomes tired, upset, needs a break, loses interest or no longer wishes to participate, the parent or responsible adult is responsible for supporting their child. Coaches are responsible for delivering the training session and cannot provide individual supervision or care outside the planned activities. Children aged 3–5 must not be left at the venue unattended by their parent or responsible adult.
5. Behaviour and Sportsmanship
Participants are expected to follow coaches’ instructions, respect other players and staff, and demonstrate appropriate behaviour. Wolves Tecnica reserves the right to remove a participant from a session where their behaviour poses a safety risk or significantly disrupts training.
6. Fees and Payments
All training fees must be paid in full before your child attends their session, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been approved in advance. Applicable fees will be communicated before registration. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time. Any applicable discounts or payment arrangements must be agreed upon with Wolves Tecnica before payment is made.
7. Cancellations, Absences and Refunds
If Wolves Tecnica cancels a training session, a make-up session will be arranged to replace the cancelled session.
If a child is unable to attend a session due to a reasonable excuse, parents or guardians may contact Wolves Tecnica to request a make-up session. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and approval by Wolves Tecnica. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed for all absences.
Missed sessions without a reasonable excuse, late cancellations or non-attendance will not automatically be eligible for a make-up session or refund. Any changes or arrangements will be communicated to parents or guardians as required.
8. Changes to Sessions
Wolves Tecnica reserves the right to change session times, venues or coaches where necessary. If a session is cancelled or changed, parents or guardians will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
9. Photography and Video
Photographs or videos may be taken during training for coaching, record-keeping or promotional purposes. Permission for promotional use must be provided separately by the parent or guardian. You may contact Wolves Tecnica to discuss any concerns regarding the use of images.
10. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Wolves Tecnica is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Liability
Wolves Tecnica will take reasonable steps to provide a safe training environment and manage foreseeable risks. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees under Australian Consumer Law or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement
By signing this form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions and give permission for your child to participate in Wolves Tecnica training sessions.
