1. Personal information will be stored securely and used only for the administration and safe delivery of Magic School. Registration information will be deleted after the 2026 Edinburgh International Magic Festival, unless records need to be retained for safeguarding, legal or insurance purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy.

2. The Magic School team will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and enjoyment of participants. Children are expected to follow the safety instructions given by workshop staff.

3. In the event of a medical emergency, I understand that the MagicFest team may contact emergency services and arrange for my child to receive appropriate medical assistance, while making every reasonable effort to contact me or another emergency contact.
