    1.       FOOD VENDORS – All food vendors, including food trucks, must be reviewed by the committee PRIOR to signing up. Email mainstreetwauchula@gmail.com to begin the process.

    2.       ART & CRAFT VENDORS - Products must be at least 50% handmade.

    3.       Submit a photo of products being sold along with the application.

    4.       Licensed/Authorized dealers or resellers of commercial products must provide proof of such authorization.

    5.       Selling products for which you are not a licensed/authorized dealer will not be permitted.

    6.       Selling/giving out items that were not listed in your application is not permitted. We will ask you to remove those items from the event. This includes food products - MENU IS REQUIRED.

    7.       Electricity will NOT be provided.  Globe lights will be provided for each tent.  Any power needed or additional lights or equipment must be battery-powered.  *Inverter generators or portable battery power stations such as a Jackery 1000 MAY be allowed.  Pre-approval will be required.

    8.       Vendors are required to provide their own tent, no bigger than a 10x10, unless paying for two spaces.

    9.       Products sold must not contain, display, or insinuate drugs, alcohol, profanity, or sexual content. MSW reserves the right to determine the interpretation and inclusion of products.

    10.  ALL products, merchandise, literature, etc., given out must be taken by individuals who visit your booth! We ask that you do not walk through the crowd handing out items... it ends up on the ground and adds to the cleanup our volunteers are left with.

    11.  Vendors must be set up by 5:30 pm.

    12.  Vendors CANNOT begin to tear down until 9:00 pm unless authorized by Main Street Wauchula staff.  Early teardown will result in forfeiture of participation in future events.

    13.  Student Vendors are held to the same standard as adult-run businesses. Please be sure to read through the above (relay to the student if you are the guardian).  Student vendors selling any edible product will be exempt from insurance requirements for ONE event only and must display a STUDENT VENDOR sign at their booth.

    14.  Vendors preparing food on-site must provide the appropriate license(s).

    15.  Any vendor selling anything edible or drinkable must provide a Certificate of Insurance (listing Main Street Wauchula, Inc. and City of Wauchula as additional insured). This includes Cottage Industry vendors. Food and drink vendor applications will be reviewed and approved based on number of products from other vendors and downtown businesses. (Menu/Product list is required.)

    16.  We reserve the right to not accept No show/Last minute cancels in future events.

    17.  Refunds will not be given for any cancellation after December 4th.

    18.  If the event is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, no refunds are issued.
